Fair Care will provide all the support necessary to set-up a childcare voucher scheme, keeping the employer's involvement to the minimum. This will include:
- Initial consultation and design of the scheme.
- Marketing and presentation to employees, including production
of bespoke literature which can be branded with the employer's
logo.
- A telephone helpline for employees, to answer any questions,
especially concerning registration and approval of carers.
- Collation of orders from scheme members and summary reporting
for management. This is on-going for the duration of the
scheme and can be tailored to suit.
- Production of individual employment contract amendment
letters for employee signature, ensuring salary sacrifice
conditions are met.
- Despatch of vouchers to scheme members’ home addresses,
or the setting-up of Easy Vouchers,
where an automated, regular payment is made to the carer,
without the need for paper vouchers. Both methods can be
used under the same employer’s scheme.
- An information pack and a telephone helpline for carers.
Carers will need to confirm their Registration or Approval
status, which will be recorded and monitored.
- Payment to carers direct into the carer’s bank
account. This can be done by the carer returning the voucher
to Fair Care by post, email or by using Phone
Pay (avoiding the need to post the voucher back
to Fair Care) or by regular automated payment using Easy
Vouchers.
- Maintenance of all required records on behalf of employers,
ensuring scheme rules are observed.
