JAM Card
The JAM Card is an innovative voluntary benefit, enabling employees to make significant savings on everyday or one-off purchases. The card is a prepaid Mastercard and can be used in the same way as any other debit card; for buying goods in the high street, shopping on-line, or by phone or mail order.
Employees simply agree to a sum being deducted from their net pay each month which is then loaded on their card. For special one-off purchases, employees can easily load additional funds to maximise their savings.
The savings come in the form of cashback discounts, which are credited to the card promptly after purchases. A regular statement is provided so that employees can see the savings they are making.
