For a low, fixed monthly cost, the service offers telephone and on-line support covering all HR matters, with advice from specialist employment solicitors. The scheme can protect your business from potentially damaging employment disputes.

All this is backed by an Employment Legal Protection insurance policy that covers legal costs incurred in the defense of your legal rights during disputes with your employees. This policy cover also includes Basic and Compensatory Awards that may be made against you, or compensation payments to your employees which are agreed with the Insurer as part of a negotiated settlement of the dispute(s) prior to an Employment Tribunal or court hearing.

The service is delivered by our strategic employment law and HR partners, The Employment Services Partnership Limited (ESP - authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority and entered on the FSA register, under reference 308405). Our regulatory status is as an Introducer Appointed Representative of The Employment Services Partnership Limited, for the purposes of providing insurance solutions through the HR Protect service.
